The Working Man
This is a post on thoughts of the working 'man'.
The working man faces a lot of challenges - how to do an honest day's work for an honest day's pay and still be able to imbibe the services of the professionals.
For the latter having to exists on a derived lifestyle have to take from the working man, and add a bit for themselves.
The goal is to seek those not taking too much and availing their services themselves to the working man and not just among the derived types themselves.
A few examples: the financial service industry, obfuscating manoeuvrings in shareholdings, tender offers, buy backs - hopefully for the good but opaque.
Health care industry which shy's from treating the working man because there isn't enough in it.
The working man must be ever vigilant, going by what he fells is right or reasonable, supporting those entities which put some effort into addressing these concerns, into providing products and services which are reasonable.
Education is and remains the key - like the Mechanics Institute's of the 19th century, back up what you feel by solid facts, use resources (particularly online) to make you aware of things, seeks straightforwardness and clarity.
It's not easy - e.
g.
when you are ill you are vulnerable you need help of the non-ill, the professionals.
You can't always research your problem then you have to go by how you feel, try and be clear, other's only know by what you say.
Try do what you can in advance.
Try and invest in solid Companies doing real things, using the services of the professionals (brokers) not taking too big a cut.
This is a rambling post.
